There is only one way to burn tummy fat: cardiovascular exercise. Any diet pill or other non-exercise product that claims to burn tummy fat without breaking a sweat is simply lying to you. The process of burning body fat is not something that has successfully been mimicked by drugs yet, so you will have to take the hard way to get the flat tummy you desire.
But it will also be the most rewarding way, as anything worth having is worth working for, right?
For those of you groaning at this enthusiastic approach to exercise, let me tell you that it does not have to torture to effectively burn tummy fat. Cardiovascular exercise simply means that you get your heart rate up into a higher zone than you normally get from your everyday life. You get into the "fat burning zone" simply by moving your body, and that can be done anywhere, anyplace.
Think of things you normally do that require sitting, such as watching television. Also think of things that have moments of sitting between light activities, such as cooking dinner. Both of these activities can be turned into opportunities to burn tummy fat!
Instead of sitting on the couch to watch television or talk on the telephone, get up and move. Walk circles around the house while you talk on the phone, jog in place while watching your primetime shows. You can do any sort of exercise actually, such as lifting light handheld weights, squats, jumping jacks, knee lifts, anything can be done right there in your own living room. You may want to buy a heart rate monitor if you are unsure how to tell if your heart rate is high enough to burn tummy fat.
Turn cooking sessions into cardio by doing squats at the stove, contracting muscles while bending, and walking brisk circles around the kitchen table while waiting for the timer to ding.
